Get REQUIRED file formats for each patient data component.

Get patient data from your old EHR company in the right data format.

Upload files to the Box Folder provided by DrChrono.

Wait less than 3 weeks for data transfer to COMPLETE.

| Documents | .pdf (The .pdf filenames need to have the patient's name, DOB, and optionally date associated with it.) |
