We are prioritizing investments in infrastructure, product development, and talent to ensure our products improve your ability to manage and grow your practice. 

We are investing in AI across the EverHealth platform to support the way you document visits, manage clinical workflows, and ensure notes align with coding and billing requirements. 

Our product roadmap includes powerful new AI features, some currently in development, and others already launched in 2026. These tools are designed to reduce documentation time, streamline care coordination, and optimize billing workflows. Two recently launched tools, No Show Predictor and EverHealth Scribe, are already delivering measurable results for customers. Providers using EverHealth Scribe are seeing an approximately 50% reduction in documentation time per patient visit, along with a 99% satisfaction rating. No Show Predictor has analyzed and optimized more than 350,000 appointments. 

These innovations, alongside platform upgrades and user experience improvements, allow you to spend less time managing technology and more time focused on patient care.

In 2026, we have hired more customer support representatives, upgraded our infrastructure, and expanded our hours of live support to make it easier for our customers to get help when they need it.

This includes comprehensive training programs, intuitive product documentation, and responsive customer support to help your practice get the most out of our solutions. We have also invested in an AI-powered support experience that provides customers with faster access to answers, helpful resources, and 24/7 assistance, creating a more seamless and efficient user experience overall.
