Chat Support
Chat support is a great tool for fast customer assistance as well. You can resolve quick issues via chat support, and if your issue appears to be more complex, the support agent will let you know that it is being escalated to a support ticket. If you need an agent outside of work hours, you have the option to leave a message in the chat widget.
