Promotion Rules

  1. Promotion valid as of October 1st, 2018 through October 31st, 2018.
  2. Applies to new clients, where new monthly minimum subscription value is $499 or greater and an annual contract is signed for at least one year of service.
  3. Applies to new clients, where new monthly minimum subscription value is between $250 and $498 and an annual contract is signed for at least two years of service.
  4. Applies to existing clients, when upgrading, annual contracts are executed and whereby the new monthly fees on the new annual contract in excess of the prior contract amount by at least $499 per month, for the new 12 months of contract. For incremental new annual commitment of $499 in new monthly fees, in excess of the original agreement, client will receive an iPad. (Example: An existing client with an annual contract for $1,000 signs a new monthly fee of $499, signs a renewal annual agreement, that adds a commitment by client for a contract extension of an additional 12 months of service for $1,499, client will receive one (1) iPad.)
    1. In the event that an existing client adds new providers or software upgrades, in aggregate of $499 new monthly fees, and a new contract is not signed for an additional period of service of at least 12 months, then no ipad will be given.
  5. Applies to existing clients, when upgrading, annual contracts are executed and whereby the new monthly fees on the new annual contract in excess of the prior contract amount by $250-$498 per month, for the new 24 months of contract. For incremental new annual commitment of $250-$498 in new monthly fees, in excess of the original agreement, client will receive an iPad. (Example: An existing client with an annual contract for $1,000 signs a new monthly fee of $250-$498, signs a renewal annual agreement, that adds a commitment by client for a contract extension of an additional 24 months of service for $1,250-$1,498, client will receive one (1) iPad.)
    1. In the event that an existing client adds new providers or software upgrades, in aggregate of $250-$498 new monthly fees, and a new contract is not signed for an additional period of service of at least 24 months, then no ipad will be given.
  6. All accounts must remain in good standing, including requirement to make all contractual payments for the full term of agreement. In the event of client terminating service or otherwise defaulting on contractual payments, client will be required to return iPad hardware to DrChrono, Inc., (in good working condition).
    1. If iPad is:
      1. Not returned to DrChrono, Inc., then DrChrono will be charging the client the residual amount of hardware as per the contractual agreement in Exhibit C2.
      2. Not in good working condition, then DrChrono will be charging the client the residual amount of hardware as per the contractual agreement in Exhibit C2.
  7. Upon completion of the initial term of the new contract, or the increased renewed annual contract, client will be released from obligation to return equipment to DrChrono, Inc. and client will be granted unrestricted ownership for the iPads received in conjunction with this promotion with no further obligation to DrChrono, Inc.
  8. Each practice is limited to receive a maximum of 3 iPads during this promotion period.
  9. This promotion cannot be combined with any other DrChrono promotions.
