Ashish is Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy & Payments at EverHealth, leading enterprise strategy, growth initiatives, and payment solutions to support EverHealth’s mission of empowering healthcare practices to thrive. With more than 20 years of experience driving profitable growth, he leads complex business transformations, and builds high-performing teams.

In his role, Ashish shapes EverHealth’s long-term strategic direction, strengthening revenue-generating systems and processes, and scaling platforms for operational excellence and sustainable growth. 

Prior to EverHealth, Ashish was Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations at SimplePractice, partnering with executive leadership to guide strategic planning and operational execution. Earlier, he held senior strategy and operations roles at Affirm and Rakuten, and spent nearly a decade at Kearney as a Principal, advising CEOs and senior executives in retail, consumer, and omnichannel businesses. He began his career in investment banking and technology consulting, with experience in healthcare operations and finance.

Ashish holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
