Senior Marketing Manager, Content & Customer Relationship


This role will drive the strategy, execution and analysis of marketing product and customer relationship initiatives. As a critical part of the team, this position will own and optimize customer onboarding and engagement experience, create lead nurturing program, drive product marketing projects, and manage SalesForce. You will collaborate with our sales, customer support, design, product and engineering teams and direct the programs that fit the overall company objectives. In addition, you will use tracking and reporting solutions to provide valuable insights to the executive team and help make business decisions. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, has positive energy, and self-directed.


  • Optimize user onboarding and engagement experience to improve user conversion funnel
  • Collaborate with sales and customer engagement teams to drive marketing communications
  • Develop communication strategies using email, in-app messaging, and text service providers
  • Own and report key email and other customer relationship campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to ensure the marketing communication programs are meeting goals
  • Analyze and report user life cycle and retention on regular basis
  • Work with product and engineering to integrate and sync data, implement products and programs that enhance customer relationship.
  • Provide detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports and any ad hoc reports as needed
  • Review new customer relationship and content marketing technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Partner with creative team to design email and communication templates

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing, digital user acquisition and customer relationship marketing
  • Knowledge/experience with email marketing software, digital acquisition best practices, analytical tools and other relevant software
  • Experience analyzing data and reporting KPI metrics
  • Attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end
  • Strong HTML, data query and Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently
  • Energetic and collaborative team player with the ability to motivate others
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize to meet aggressive goals and timelines
  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize and scale marketing strategies and tactics
  • Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to quickly assess situations, evaluate options, and make decisions
  • Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • BA degree in literature, marketing communications, business, math, economics, marketing, science, engineering, statistics
