Senior Implementation Specialist- Hunt Valley Location


As part of the Customer Success team, the Senior Implementation Specialist helps clients maximize business value with drchrono solutions with the primary focus to onboard new clients to the drchrono platform. The Senior Implementation Specialist typically works to assess client workflow and requirements, ensure system configuration aligns with requirements, deliver client training and education, and ensure successful client operations on drchrono. The Senior Implementation Specialist will also serve as a functional leader providing guidance and expertise to more junior members. The right candidate will have the ability to interact with clients on a daily basis and help identify and address core business requirements. The Implementation Specialist enjoys meeting with each Implementation Specialist to track proficiency and create individualized career goals.

In this role you will...

  • Lead the Implementation Specialist team by sharing information and knowledge, identifying teamwork issues and standardizing team operations
  • Onboard, train, and serve as a mentor for new Implementation Specialists
  • Identify workflow improvements and work with the Implementation team to enact change
  • Serve as a first point of contact to manage multiple complex accounts during a 30-60 day implementation phase
  • Improve both internal and customer facing implementation documentation including training materials
  • Partner with developers to improve internal tools, test new features, and troubleshoot bugsIdentify and escalate priority issues
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Assess and customize on boarding strategy based on customer needs
  • Train New Clients in all aspects of the drchrono platform
  • Design and run quantitative analysis to understand and predict user behavior

You have...

  • 2+ years in genuine customer facing, Account Management role
  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce or another CRM
  • 1+ year in a supervisor/ manager role
  • Knowledge of EHR Meaningful Use
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of clients at any given time
  • Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills
  • Positive and proactive approach to dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Great investigative skills - resourcefulness & persistence is key to success
  • A passion for healthcare
