Sales Operations Manager

drchrono is hiring a data addict who enjoys the company of people as much as numbers to help grow out our Sales Operations Team! The ideal candidate is a strategic, sales-focused and results-driven professional responsible for sales support activities with excellent people and team skills. This role will report directly to our Director of Sales, but will play a key role in architecting our Sales Ops efforts.

In this role, you will...

  • Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity and achieve company revenue goals
  • Own Salesforce administration and data hygiene and be responsible for Salesforce improvements, training, and reporting
  • Identify and evaluate trends and performance measured against sales targets and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to drive leadership decisions and generate ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Partner with and report to the Director of Sales on sales support initiatives and to grow the sales operations team
  • Provide support and collaborate with sales reps, AMs, and SDRs in order to provide insight into the different workflows
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and thus, improve efficiency for the sales team by developing or improving processes, policies, and data governance
  • Assist sales leadership in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Evaluate new & existing tools to help the sales team get the most value from software investments
  • Support sales team growth by developing and/or compiling content for on-boarding, training, scripts, and role-specific playbooks
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation review & analysis

You have...

  • 3+ year Salesforce.com experience
  • An obsession with process and have a history of driving improvements to the sales process to get meaningful data.
  • Excellent data analytics skills. Fluency in Excel required (Bonus points if you know SQL)
  • A high energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate about this opportunity and making a massive impact in the healthcare world
  • An ability to draw actionable insights from almost data set
  • Relevant industry experience at a SaaS-based company
  • Extreme attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive and be flexible working in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • Desire to provide a superior level of accuracy, consistency, and work quality with any project
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented with ability to partner with leaders and individuals at all levels and to work within a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience in a clear, concise, compelling, and informative fashion
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
