People Operations Coordinator - Baltimore Location

In this role you will...

  • Innovate and streamline processes. We are always looking to automate and eliminate any repetitive work.
  • Work closely with the People Operations Manager to tackle large and meaningful projects within the drchrono org.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to ensure we interview the best of the best.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects within the People Operations Team and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute ideas to the future of our new employee on-boarding experience.
  • Maintain and update data within our Recruiting System, Lever, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
  • Sourcing activities to find and attract the top talent in the marketplace.


  • 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Tech savvy - Mac, Google Drive, Excel
  • BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
