Junior Account Manager - Hunt Valley Location

In this role you will...

  • Respond professionally to urgent inbound phone calls
  • Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Educate users about new product offerings
  • Arbitrate in situations between users
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Schedule regular "health checks" with our customers to fully optimize their drchrono account
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide relevant information to your customers regarding their accounts
  • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem
  • Train client in all aspects of the drchrono system

You have...

  • A 4-year college degree
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of Salesforce.com experience (preferred)
  • Prior experience in account management type roles ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • The ability to communicate product value and recognize opportunities
  • An affable personality that blends well with an innovative and vibrant start-up environment
  • EHR / Healthcare experience (Bonus Skill)
