Customer Service Intern


drchrono is seeking an energetic and responsible intern to join our growing team. In this internship you will be exposed to meaningful, hands-on experience in regards to customer support practices for an EHR software. You will focus on learning about meaningful use, MIPS, and MACRA. This will be a part-time position located in our Hunt Valley, MD office.

In this role you will...

  • Partner with the Director of Customer Success on process improvement initiatives and system implementations
  • Support departmental evaluation and implementation of new tools and processes that enhance the customer support experience and product usage visibility, as needed
  • Create WalkMe content for drchrono users
  • Write support articles in order to improve the user experience

You have...

  • Enrolled and actively attending an accredited college or university working towards a degree in Business/ Healthcare
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative mindset and aptitude for visualizing and adding narrative to technical concepts
  • An ability to think deeply and critically about engaging users
  • Previous internship experience
  • A passion for the healthcare industry
