Business Development Manager


drchrono is hiring someone to lead our Business Development efforts!

In this role, you will...

  • Build strong partnerships and alliances working closely with key decision makers at core technology providers, consulting partners, and healthcare institutions
  • Manage the complete partner life cycle including partner certification, contract negotiation, API partnerships and on-going engagement
  • Conduct research on target partnerships to identify opportunities for symbiotic growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively from start to finish (develop processes, schedule meetings, track deadlines)
  • Develop and lead presentations to both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to drive long term business value
  • Evangelize our healthcare API and encourage partners to integrate with our product
  • Conduct activities that generate new opportunities for our long term growth- in the past that’s included holding training sessions to evangelize our products; organizing dinners to network with creative leadership at target companies
  • Cultivate a budding API and platform, we want to build a platform similar to what SalesForce did with building a platform for sales people in healthcare
  • Think long term for partners who will bring value to the platform or partners who can bring users(doctors/medical professionals and staff) to the platform
  • Foster a community of developers

You have...

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, health tech, and/or enterprise SaaS software company
  • Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and healthcare value points to external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Outstanding presentation, organizational, and time management skills
  • A self-starting attitude and thrive with a large amount of ownership of your projects
  • Prior work in analytical environments
  • Experience with SaaS platforms
  • Ambition and know how to hustle: you're driven and know how to make connections with a wide range of potential partners.
  • Tenacity and you never give up on a challenge: we have specific, company wide targets to achieve each quarter and are looking for knows how to win.
  • A clear, concise, and persuasive writing style
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • A passion for innovative products and processes; you often find yourself thinking “how could this app be improved?” or “how could we streamline this process?”
