Account Manager

You enjoy managing customer communication through various channels, and you’re a pro at it. You love talking with customers, optimizing their accounts, and don’t shy away from solving the tough issues when they arise - in fact, you revel in coming up with creative solutions to create win/win results.

You love competition and always strive to be the best you can be. You love the idea of receiving performance-based compensation as that gives you control over what you make. You’re resourceful, smart, and have great judgment.

You know your audience - you communicate issues to our engineers and executives on a technical level yet know how to adjust your communication style with the customer so that they understand and are assured by your clear, simple, reassuring language, demeanor, and tone.

You can recognize a sales opportunity when you see one and can work with the sales team to contribute to our monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

You have a passion and see that drchrono is changing the medical world, fixing healthcare one doctor at a time and you are going to help make that happen.


  • Respond professionally to urgent inbound phone calls
  • Being a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Educating users about new product offerings
  • Arbitrating in situations between users
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Scheduling regular "health checks" with our customers to fully optimize their drchrono account
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide relevant information to your customers regarding their accounts
  • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem
  • Train new clients in all aspects of the drchrono system

  • 4-year College degree (Preferred)
